Two main passive effects:
1. Mutation-Applying: roughly every ~29 minutes (≈ 25-30 min depending on source), has ~20-21% chance to cause a nearby fruit to gain the Zombified mutation. 
2. Egg Hatch Speed Boost: gives about +10-10.41% faster egg hatch times.
